Role and scope
SKC Trade Link is an agricultural commodity brokerage and trade-facilitation firm. Our role is to connect counterparties and coordinate commercial discussions. We are not a party to counterparties' transactions unless expressly agreed in writing.

No exchange membership or authorisation implied
Unless explicitly and verifiably stated, SKC Trade Link is not an exchange, clearing member, broker-member, depository or authorised intermediary of NCDEX or any other exchange, and does not provide trading, clearing, settlement or regulatory services. References to NCDEX or physical delivery describe coordination and facilitation support only. Eligibility, exchange rules, warehouse and quality requirements, documentation and applicable regulations must be independently verified by each participant and their own advisers for every transaction.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee prices, quality, quantity, delivery, settlement, execution or any particular outcome. Prices and terms are determined between counterparties based on prevailing market conditions. Any commercial claims, client references or figures are published only when verified and approved.
International trade
For international enquiries, SKC Trade Link facilitates counterparty introductions and commercial discussion. Unless separately confirmed in writing, we do not provide customs brokerage, freight forwarding, inspection, certification or end-to-end export execution. Export/import eligibility, licences, documentation, inspection and applicable regulations are the responsibility of the counterparties.
